A. Does the screenshot need actual depth added? If not, the answer is easy:
1) download Paint.net - http://www.getpaint.net/
2) create a screenshot
3) paste into a new layer, and scale to preferred size (use corner handles to do this)
4) choose LAYERS --> ROTATE/ZOOM in the menu to change the perspective angle. Use the 'trackball' to do this by dragging the mouse over it.
5) Done. Create a selection of the part of the screen you wish to maintain, and choose IMAGE-->CROP TO SELECTION.
If you need true 3d, with shadows and reflections, and all, try 3D Box Shot Maker:

Just use a single color image for the sides and the screengrab for the front. Free and simple.

How do you check to see if you are viewing pages with an unsupported browser?
Q. Sometimes it seems as though the real web pages have been substituted. If this is true, does it mean someone using the network has entered my domain and now has access to my pc? What is the purpose for a hacker, if that is what it is to do something like that?
A. If you really see something like this happening you probably have adware or a bad bho(s) on your system. You should go to download.com and download a few adware programs. Not just one will clean things up.
Get adaware, spybot search and destroy, cwshredder for starters.

Is your anti virus up to date? I would suggest getting AVG on download.com also, install all of the updates and do a deep scan.
When ypou are are done scanning everything the last thing I would do is clean up the garbage in the registry. There are a ton of products for this but I would recommend a safe tool like tweaknow (this is the link to the free version) http://www.download.com/TweakNow-RegCleaner-Standard/3000-2094_4-10616938.html?tag=lst-0-2.
Done foget to clean all of the garb ou r from IE - tools > internet options and delete history, cookies and temp internet files. It doesn't hurt to go into settings > view objects and remove suspicious looking items (if you don't know what they are look them up). make sure to remove any leftover files under settings also.
