60" might be the best you can do.

what are the papers needed to get a tourist visa going to romania and how long it takes and cost of it?
Q. I'm planning to go to romania just a tourist one but i don't know yet those papers needed and how long it takes and cost as well.
I'm a filipino citizen.

A. Many countries, including the US, Canada, and much of Europe do not need to apply for a tourist visa to visit Romania. The following are the countries exempt from the visa requirement:

Otherwise, the cost and processing time will depend on where you're applying. For example, when applying from the US it would cost $40 USD for a single entry, $75 USD for a multiple entry visa. From Canada, it's $50 CAD for a single entry and $90 CAD for a multiple entry. (Note that these fees are for applying for a visa while you are in the US/Canada, and may have nothing to do with your passport and nationality. I researched the information from the Romanian embassies in the US/Canada/UK since the information is available in English, but the process and fees should be relatively similar no matter which country you apply from.)

In Canada, the processing time for a tourist visa is 5 days, unless you are a citizen of a country that requires an invitation, in which case the processing time is 35 days. The lsit of invitation-only countries can be found here:

The required papers for a tourist (short stay) visa application:
- Completed application form
- Passport (valid for 6 months beyond your visit)
- One color passport photo
- Proof of legal residence if you are applying in a country other than your home country
- For those in Annex 3 countries (list linked above), Letter of invitation from Romanian tourist company (may be possible to substitute proof of foreign residence in certain countries)
- Flight reservation
- Hotel reservation or Letter of invitation (for private residence)
- Proof of funds (i.e. bank statements)
- Proof of medical insurance
- Application fee
[Note that you are to provide an original AND a copy of each of the above documents]

I have to write a research paper about any topic that is related to education. Any ideas for a topic?
Q. I'm having trouble thinking of a topic for this paper and it's driving me crazy! It's for a college course, good ideas?
Jim, that's a very interesting topic! I'm actually from Ky and I think it would be a fun to write about this. I believe that my professor as well as my classmates would like to be enlightened about this and it's also an original idea. Thank you!

A. My favorite subject in education has always been the traditional "one room school house." There was an author from back in the 1930's who taught school in a poor, rural district of Kentucky...who had to fight the ignorance of the parents who wanted their children to help on the farm vrs going to school. This teacher succeeded in teaching the kids calculus and took them to state and national contests where they eventually won...but what excited me was how he was able to achieve this. It's been many years now, I think his first name was Jesse - ah! Jesse Stuart. I just remembered. He wrote some short stories about it and I believe even some books. The point I am making is, how was traditional education conducted in rural settings as compared to today's educational process. It would be a very interesting paper indeed...it would take some real study and work on your part but probably would fascinate you and your professor. :)
